Q:เงินประกันความเสียหายปกติคิดกี่เดือน และได้คืนเมื่อไหร่?
มาตรฐานทั่วไปในประเทศไทยคือ เงินประกันความเสียหาย 2 เดือน + ค่าเช่าล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน รวมเป็น 3 เดือน โดยเงินประกันความเสียหายจะได้คืนภายใน 15-30 วันหลังจากหมดสัญญาและส่งมอบห้องคืนในสภาพเรียบร้อย (หักค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟ และค่าทำความสะอาด/ความเสียหายถ้ามี)
